From the inside, both the latchbolt and the deadbolt are retracted simultaneously in a single motion for quick and easy egress. The face-removable and interchangeable core design provides easy access to the cylinder without removing the deadbolt from the door, a significant benefit in multifamily and multi-unit applications that commonly require re-keying. Passage		YR852	Single point lock. The latchbolt is operated by either lever at all times. The deadbolt is activated by a key on the outside, inside by T-turn. The interior lever retracts the latch and deadbolt simultaneously.
Occupancy Indicator		YR853	Single point lock. The latchbolt is operated by either lever at all times. The deadbolt is activated by emergency key on the outside, inside by T-turn. An occupancy indicator displays “In Use” when the deadbolt is thrown or “Vacant”     when the deadbolt is retracted. The interior lever retracts the latch and the deadbolt simultaneously.
Entry		YR872	Dual point lock outside. The lever unlocks from the outside by key, while the interior lever provides free egress. The deadbolt is activated by key on the outside, inside by T-turn. The interior lever retracts the latch and deadbolt simultaneously.
